摘要 采用在换热器解网络设计中提出的窄点概念,应用于换热器内部单元的分析,以最小换热温差作为约束条件,以逆流换热为目标基准提出了一种几何图解法。此方法基于几何迭代方法,按照逆流换热目标基准,可以建立流动组织的最优化目标函数;同时用叉流管束式换热器的例子验证了在换热器设计中存在的最优流动组织问题,说明了换热器的优化设计最本质应该是优化换热器内的流动组织问题。 Applying the concept of pinch point suggested for the solution of heat exchanger network to the analysis of the internal units of the heat exchanger and using the minimum temperature difference, we present a graphic method based on a geometric iteration technique. Using this method, we can build an optimization target function for flow arrangement according to the target basis for counter-flow heat exchange. It is verified, by taking the cross-flow tube-bundle heat exchanger for example, that the flow arrangement can be optimized during heat exchanger design. The optimization of flow arrangement in a heat exchanger is essential to the optimization design of the heat exchanger.
