Librarian＇s professional career planning arouses more and more thoughts. In the middle phase of a career, age of 28 to 45, most of the librarians have fixed on their career direction. The author believes that many problems and contraditions concentrate in the period through professional characteristics and psychoanalysis, which urges that the libraries must adopt effective measures to strength the management of the librarians and to ensure career to develop successfully.
