摘要
北京提出大力发展公共交通事业,尤其是要加大对轨道交通网的建设,以解决北京交通问题。本文通过对 TOD 模式的相关研究,总结国内外应用 TOD 模式的经验教训,结合北京城市和轨道规划的实际情况,为北京城市规划和轨道交通的建设提出一些建议。
Beijing now devotes major efforts in developing public transport, especially rail transit in order to solve traffic problems. Through the research on the TOD pattern and the experiences and lessons home and abroad, the paper proposes some suggestions for Beijing urban planning and rail transit construction based on the present situation of Beijing and rail transport plan.
