肿瘤医院抗微生物药物应用及细菌耐药性分析

Use of Antibacterials in Cancer Hospital and Analysis of Antibiotic Resistance

目的:分析我院抗菌药物的应用情况及细菌耐药情况。方法:对我院2007年抗菌药物的销售金额、药敏试验数据进行统计、分析。结果:头孢菌素类、氟喹诺酮类、青霉素类列我院抗菌药物销售金额排序的前3位,阿莫西林+克拉维酸钾、哌拉西林+舒巴坦、莫西沙星的用药频度最高;多种致病菌对临床常用抗菌药物产生高耐药率。结论:应根据病原菌种类及细菌药敏试验选择用药。

OBJECTIVE： To analyze the use of antibacterials and the antibiotic resistance in our hospital. METHODS： The consumption sum of antibacterials and the susceptibility test data during 2007 in our hospital were analyzed statistically. RESULTS： Leading the first 3 places on the list of consumption sum of antibacterials were cephalosporins, quinolones and penicillins; Amoxicillin plus Potassium Clavulanate, Piperacillin plus Sulbactam, and Moxifloxacin took the lead in DDDs. Many pathogenic bacteria were highly resistant to clinical common antibacterials. CONCLUSION ： The choice of antibacterials should be based on the type of pathogenic bacteria and results of drug susceptibility.
