摘要
目的:通过对123例肿瘤晚期疼痛老年患者应用复方苦参注射液止痛效果的观察,说明复方苦参注射液可应用于肿瘤晚期轻中度疼痛的患者。方法:随机选取123例肿瘤晚期疼痛患者单独应用生物治疗及生物治疗与复方苦参注射液同时应用,参照NRS疼痛分级标准,观察并对比分析两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗组的止痛效果要优于对照组。
OBJECTIVE： To validate the clinical efficacy of Compound Matrine Injection for mild to moderate pain in senile patients with advanced cancer through a clinical observation on the pain - relieving efficacy of Compound Matrine Injection in 123 elderly patients with end - stage cancer. METHODS： A total of 123 patients with advanced cancer were assigned to receive biotherapy alone or biotherapy plus Compound Matrine Injection. The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups based on NRS score. RESULTS： The pain - relieving efficacy in the trial group was superior to that in the control group. CONCLUSION： Compound Matrine Injection has proved efficacy as an adjunctive therapy for cancerous pain in patients with advanced cancer.
