论产学研相结合实践型人才培养体系的构建

Development of an integrative system for cultivating practical talents of production-education-research

和国外高等教育相比,我国的人才培养目标上比较轻视实践技能人才培养;教学内容上轻视技术教育;教学方式上相对忽视实践操作能力;科学研究上忽视应用技术研究,相对造成实践应用型人才不足的局面。通过探索和实践产、学、研相结合的人才培养模式,构建产学研教学体系,以实现实践型人才的培养。

In comparison with the higher education systems in most developed countries, China＇ s education systems lay less stress on cultivating practical talents. Generally, our teaching content makes light of practical education; our teaching method relatively neglects practical ability;, and our scientific research pay less attention on practical technologies, This is the main reason why China is in shortage of practical talents. This paper proposed an integrative system for cultivating practical talents of production-education-research, which will promote the development of the educational system in university and the cultivation of practical talents.
