摘要 目的:为搞好介入诊疗中工作人员辐射防护与安全,对介入放射诊疗操作人员不同体表部位的受照剂量进行调查监测。方法:采用热释光剂量计分别测量不同介入诊疗工作人员胸部和手部表面剂量。结论:介入放射诊疗操作者接受的胸部和手部剂量最高,助手次之,其他人员相对较小。工作人员应注意介入手术中合理使用防护装置。 Objective:To survey the surface exposure dose of different body parts for strengthening the radiation protection and safety of operators during invasive diagnosis and treatment. Method:To measure the surface dose of chest and hand using TLDs. Conclusion: The radiation dose of chest and hand among intervention radiological works is the highest, followed by assists, and finally other staff, so the rational use of protection facilities should be concerned during interventional operation.
