摘要
以Al6063矩形管为例,分别采用有限元法和有限体积法对平面分流模挤压过程进行数值模拟分析,结果表明有限体积法可有效模拟任何长宽比的矩形管挤压过程。同时给出了挤压过程中变形材料在不同阶段的流速以及应力应变的分布情况,为同类产品的模具设计提供了一定的参考依据。
In this paper, the porthole die extrusion process of 6063 aluminum rectangle tube is simulated by both finite element method (FEM) and finite volume method (FVM). Compared the different simulation resuits obtained by FVM and FEM, it can be conclude that FVM is a more usable method to simulate the extrusion process of rectangle tube than FEM. The simulated results such as the distribution of velocity, stress and strain are given respectively through simulating the extrusion process. They can guide to development of this kind of product processing and die design.
