洛铂、草酸铂分别联合替加氟持续泵入治疗晚期胃癌的比较研究

Comparative study of lobaplatin or oxaliplatin combined with tegafur in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer

目的:探讨洛铂、草酸铂分别联合替加氟持续泵入治疗晚期胃癌的效果。方法:64例晚期胃癌患者分别接受方案A(32例)、方案B(32例)治疗。方案A:替加氟800mg/m2,CIV(24h),d1-5;LV200mg/m2,ivgtt(2h),d1-5;L-OHP135mg/m2,ivgtt(2h),d1。方案B:替加氟800mg/m2,CIV(24h),d1-5,LV200mg/m2,ivgtt(2h),d1-5;LBP35mg/m2,ivgtt,d1。28天为1周期。结果:方案A:CR5例,PR16例,有效率65.6%;方案B:CR7例,PR16例,有效率71.9%;方案B优于方案A,但差异无显著性意义(P=0.849)。两种方案的不良反应均易于接受。结论:替加氟分别与洛铂、草酸铂联合可以作为晚期胃癌安全有效的治疗方案。

Objective：To study the effect of lobaplatin or oxaliplatin combined with tegafur in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods ： Total of 64 cases of advanced gastric cancer were treated with regimenA, regimenB. Regimen A ： tegafur 800mg/m^2, CIV （ 24h ）, d1 - 5 ; LV20Omg/m^2, ivgtt （ 2h ）, d1 -5 ; L - OHP135 mg/m^2, ivgtt （ 2h ）, d1. RegimenB ： tegafur 800mg/m^2, CIV （ 24h ）, d1-5, LV20Omg/m^2, ivgtt （ 2h ） , d1 -5 ; LBP35mg/m^2, ivgtt, d1. Regimen A and B were repeated every 28 days. Results：There were 5 CR,16 cases in the regimen A; 4 CR,16 PR cases in the regimen B ;effective rates were 65.6% and 71.9% respectively （ P = 0. 849）. The adverse effects of the 2 regimens were mild. Conclusion：Lobaplatin or oxaliplatin combined with tegafur in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer is safe and effective.
