胞内抗体技术在肿瘤基因治疗中的研究进展

摘要 基因治疗是目前恶性肿瘤的研究热点。其中,胞内抗体技术通过黏附、中和、修饰等特异性干扰或阻断肿瘤细胞某些生物分子活性或加工、分泌过程,改变其恶性表型。已逐渐成为研究和治疗肿瘤的重要方法。 There are several gene therapy approaches being applied for treatment of malignant tumor. The intrabody technology is a new tool with which to inhibit development of tumor. It is being developed to bind to, neutralize, or modify the function or localization of cancer - related targets and thereby affect the malignant phenotype. This review will focus on the recent progress in the generation and use of intrabodies in tumor.
