摘要
目的:研究大黄酚(chrysophanol,Chry)对脑缺血再灌注损伤后小鼠脑组织中过氧化氢(H2O2)及过氧化氢酶(CAT)的影响。方法:采用改进的Himori法暂时性阻断两侧颈总动脉制备小鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的模型,测定小鼠脑组织中过氧化氢含量和过氧化氢酶活力。结果:大黄酚10、1mg/kg ip能明显减少脑缺血再灌注小鼠脑内H2O2含量,明显提高脑缺血再灌注小鼠脑内CAT活力。结论:大黄酚对脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用可通过提高脑内CAT活力进行作用的。
Objective: To study the effects of chrysophanol on H2O2 and CAT in cerebrum of mice induced by cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury. Methods: By Improved Himori method, cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury model of mice was produced in conscious mice by temporarily obstructing bilateral common carotid arteries, and determination of H2O2 and CAT activities in cerebrum were measured; Results: Chrysophanol (10.0,1.0mg/kg) could decrease the determination of H2O2 and increase the activities of CAT in cerebrum of mice induced by cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury. Conclusion : The protective effect of Chrysophanol on cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury is involved in increasing the activities of CAT in cerebrum probably.
