摘要
目的:研究土鳖虫对脑缺血缺氧的保护作用。方法:采用结扎双侧颈总动脉和迷走神经的方法后观察小鼠存活时间;采用化学法测量缺血再灌注小鼠脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)活性,一氧化氮(NO)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)、丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果:土鳖虫水提取液能明显延长小鼠耐缺氧时间;增强脑组织中SOD的活性,降低NOS活性,增加GSH含量和降低NO、MDA的含量。结论:土鳖虫提取液对脑缺血再灌注小鼠具有一定的保护作用。
Object :To study the protective action of Eupolyphaga sinesis Waler(ESW) on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion . Methodes:The survival time of mice was recorded after ligating bilateral common carotid arteries and vagus nerves in mice. The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and NOS,the contents of nitrous oxide (NO) and malondialdehyde(MDA) and glutathione(GSH) were determined by spectrophotometry in brain tissue of mice. Results:ESW significantly prolonged the survival time of mice,enhanced the activity of SOD, degraded activity of NOS and the contents of NO and MDA , raised the contents of GSH in the brain induced by ischemia-reperfusion. Conclusion:ESW has protective effect against cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury via its antioxidant activity
