摘要 特发性黄斑前膜是一种与年龄相关的增生性视网膜疾病,可造成视力损伤、视物变形,严重者可引发黄斑裂孔。该病的发病机制目前尚未明了。本文主要对黄斑前膜的发病、临床表现和治疗现状作一综述。 Idiopathic macular epiretinal membrane is 1 kind of age-related proliferative retinopathy, which causes visual impairment and distortion, sometimes even triggers macular hole. Pathogenesis of this disease is still unclear. This paper summarizes the prevalence ,clinical findings and treatment of idiopathic macular epiretinal membrane.
