脊髓损伤后胶质纤维酸性蛋白的相关研究及进展 被引量:2

摘要 脊髓损伤往往预后差,致残率高。其病理过程尚不十分清楚,治疗也一直是困扰医学界的难题。脊髓损伤后星形胶质细胞一直是研究的重点,而胶质纤维酸性蛋白被公认为星形胶质细胞的特征性标记物。笔者就这一领域的研究进展作一综述。
