阴囊阴茎皮肤撕脱伤游离植皮重建阴囊一例长期随访报道 被引量：1

摘要 阴囊皮肤撕脱伤的修复方式目前尚有争议，采用皮瓣重建阴囊目前被国内外广泛应用，但近年来有作者对皮瓣重建阴囊进行了长期的随访研究，证实皮瓣重建阴囊会干扰睾丸的精子发生，建议临床上慎重选用皮瓣重建阴囊。我们在2004年对1例阴茎阴囊皮肤撕脱伤的患者采用了撕脱阴囊反取皮回植的方式进行修复，并经术后3年随访，临床效果满意。
