中西医结合治疗糜烂型扁平苔藓的临床研究

Treatment of erosive oral lichen planus by combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗口腔糜烂型扁平苔藓的临床疗效。方法:采用随机单盲法,将90例糜烂型扁平苔藓患者分为实验组及对照组。实验组采用局部注射曲安奈德10 mg,配合全身服用疏肝理气、滋阴清热类中草药汤剂治疗,对照组仅局部注射曲安奈德10 mg。分别对2组患者治疗前、治疗1个月及半年后的主、客观症状记分并进行统计学分析。结果:治疗1个月后实验组和对照组总有效率分别为87.18%和86.05%(P>0.05);治疗半年后2组总有效率分别为72.22%和26.32%(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗糜烂型扁平苔藓可取得较好的、维持时间稍长的疗效。

Objective ：To study the treatment of erosive oral lichen planus by combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. Methods ：90 patients suffered from erosive OLP were divided into a test group （n = 45） and a control group（ n = 45 ） randomly. The cases in two groups were submucously injected with Triamcinolone acetonide. The cases in test group were combined with Chinese herbal medicine. The therepeutic effect was evaluated and analyzed statistically. Results： After one month, the improvement rate of the test and control group were 87.18% and 86.05% respectively（P 〉 0.05 ） ; 6th after treatment, they were 72.22% and 26.32% respectively（ P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： The therapy of integrated Chinese and western medicine has good short-term and long-term effect in erosive OLP.
