乳腺腺体区段切除法轻度乳房肥大缩小术

Section removed of mammary gland in light breast reduction mammaplasty

目的:探讨矫治轻度乳房肥大的一种有效术式。方法:选择轻度乳房肥大患者,取乳晕上方月牙形切口,在乳房外上象限或(和)内上象限,沿乳腺腺体表面剥离,行区段切除后,对应断端拉拢缝合,逐层缝合切口。结果:11例(共21侧)轻度乳房肥大患者,术后乳房大小正常,形态自然、丰满、逼真,质感柔软,感觉正常,瘢痕不明显,保留了乳房的泌乳功能。结论:本术式损伤小、恢复快、形态好、疗效佳,是治疗轻度乳房肥大较理想的术式之一。

Objective To study one of the ideal operations of treating the light breast mast. Methods Applying section excision in the upper outer quadrant or （and）in the upper inner quadrant by the crescent incision above the areola. Results All 11 patients who had light breast reduction performed by this method were satisfied with the results including improvement of the figure, soft texture of the breast,normal touch sensation and concealed scar. Moreover, lactational function was preserved. Conclusion Section excision of mammary gland is one of the most effective methods for light breast mast.
