男性患者美容整形手术的特征及相关分析

The character and its relevant analysis for male patients with plastic and cosmetic operation

目的:探讨并分析男性美容整形患者的临床特点。方法:对2000年1月～2007年12月,在我科就诊并进行整形美容手术治疗的1238例、年龄8～80岁的男性患者资料进行相关分析。结果:男性就诊的绝对数量逐年递增,在全部整形美容就诊患者中的比例也逐年提升。不同年龄美容就医者具备不同的特点,25岁以下的就诊者多为先天性畸形患者;26～49岁男性整形美容的手术的就诊者多为美容、抗衰老的整复,50岁以上则多为皮肤肿物的切除。结论:认知男性患者就诊整形美容手术的特征对临床取得理想满意的手术效果具有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and its relationship of male patients with plastic and cosmetic operation. Methods Clinical data of 1238 male patients aged 8-80 years for plastic operation in our hospital during the period from January, 2000 to December, 2007 were analyzed Results The number of male patients with plastic and cosmetic operation has kept rising over the past years. The percentage of male patients population in all patient with plastic and cosmetic operation was increased. The most common underlying operation in the 〈25 years group were congenital malformations. The most common underlying operation in 26 - 49 years group were cosmetic and anti-aging operation. The most common underlying operation in over 50 years group were masses operation. Conclusion The critical factor of gaining the ideal results is to identify the character of males patients with plastic and cosmetic operation.
