中空活性炭纤维-纳米银敷料对感染创面作用的初步报告 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察首次将研发的中空活性炭纤维和纳米银结合医用敷料在创面治疗中的抗菌效果,以及对创面愈合时间的影响。方法:制作动物感染手术创面模型为受试对象,中空活性炭纤维-纳米银敷料为实验组、磺胺嘧啶银敷料和新霉素-黄连素敷料为对照组。结果:对每组创面进行细菌培养计数,观察创面感染情况和创面愈合时间。三组相比,中空活性炭纤维-纳米银组创面细菌检出率最低,创面愈合时间最短。结论:中空活性炭纤维-纳米银敷料能有效抑制创面细菌的生长和繁殖,可间接促进创面愈合,是目前临床上较为理想的创面敷料。 Objective To observe the anti-infected effect of nanometer material for infected surface and affection to the healing time of the wound surface. Methods The animals were divided into 1 test group and 2 control groups, 3 groups (5 cases per each) . The nanometer material was used in test group and petrolatum gauze and Neomycin- Berberine solution was used in control groups. The bacteria culture, infected situation and healing time were observed. Results The detective rate of bacteria was obviously decreased and the healing time of the wound surface was obviously shortened. Conclusion This material could inhibit the. growth and breeding so that could improve the healing indirectly.
