摘要
目的:探讨增加天然基牙对天然牙-种植体联合支持固定桥种植体侧应力分布的影响。方法:采用ANSYS有限元法进行线性结构静力分析。结果:天然牙-种植体联合支持固定桥的应力集中于种植体的颈部;分散垂直加载时,增加天然基牙数目能降低天然牙-种植体联合桥中种植体颈部及其周围骨组织的应力值;分散斜向加载时,增加天然基牙数目反而使种植体颈部及其周围骨组织的应力值增加。结论:加载方向是影响应力分布的重要因素,增加天然基牙数目能改善联合桥种植体侧的应力分布,但必须要避免或最大限度地减小侧向力。
Objective To investigate the influence of adding natural abutment on the stress distribution on the implant side of fixed bridge supported by tooth-implant Methods Stress distribution was studied with linear structural static analysis using ANSYS11.0. Results The stress concentrations were found around the neck of implant in a fixed bridge supported by tooth-implant. Adding a natural abutment made stress on the neck of implant and its peripheral bony tissue lower under decentralized vertical loading,while it made the stress got higher under decentralized oblique loading. Conclusion The direction of loading seems to play a significant role in determining stress distribution.Adding a natural abutment can improve stress distribution on the implant side of the fixed bridge supported by tooth-implant,the oblique force on the bridge should be avoided or reduced as possible.
