内连接和外连接种植系统的特点比较

Comparison of external-hex and internal-hex implant system
摘要
近年来,口腔种植学无论是在种植体本身的设计研究,还是其临床应用都取得了巨大的进展,种植技术也已趋于成熟,现种植专科医师已将目光转向种植牙更好的稳定性,更便利的操作及更好的美学效果等方面的追求。种植体与其上方的修复基台需通过一定的结构连接才可以完成修复,目前,种植体与基台的连接方式主要分为两类,外连接和内连接方式。
