摘要
针对压力铸造过程中涉及到的工艺参数的选择问题,回顾了基于实验方法和仿真模拟方法的压铸工艺参数优化选择研究情况。通过对压铸过程的分析,指出压铸是一个涉及到多个学科的复杂耦合工艺过程。因此,将多学科设计优化方法应用于压铸工艺参数优选之中有利于压铸水平的提高,是未来的发展方向。
In order to optimize die-casting technology parameters, the selection of parameters in diecasting based on experiment and simulation is discussed. It is pointed out that die-casting is a complex coupling multidisciplinary technology through the analysis of die-casting. Subsequently, It is beneficial for the improvement of die-casting technology utilizing multidisciplinary design optimization method in die-casting.
