摘要
目的:鉴于玩具珠样品因含有害物质1,4-丁二醇造成儿童昏迷的事件而建立1,4-丁二醇的检测方法。方法:用甲醇为提取溶剂,超声提取玩具珠粉末样品中待测物质,采用气相色谱/质谱联用进行定性定量分析测定。结果:方法的检出限为1.0μg/g,相对标准偏差为4.5%。结论:该方法能快速测定玩具珠类产品是否含有1,4-丁二醇以及其含量。
Objective:A method for rapid determination of harmful 1,4-butanediol in toy beads by GC/MS was established very soon after such toy beads caused some children who swallowed them to coma.Methods:Methanol was used to solve 1,4-butanediol from the toys powder by supersonic extraction.Then test the solvent by GC_MS.Results:The method detection limit was 1.0 μg/g and RSD 4.5%.Conclusion:The developed method is fast and effective for the determination of 1,4-butanediol in toy beads.
