摘要
目的:探讨啤酒中甲醛测定方法。方法:用双重参比液测定啤酒中的甲醛。结果:该方法的线性范围在0~10μg/m l之间,回归方程Y=2.084×10^-2X-3.162×10^-3,相关系数r=0.9999。检出限0.057μg/ml,RSD1.09%~4.17%,加标回收率为92.64%~99.75%。结论:此方法操作简便,灵敏度高,结果可靠。
Objective:To develop a method for determination of formaldehy in beer.Methods:Using Double-Reference Fluid to measure formaldehyde in beer directly.Results:The limearity was obtained over the rang of 0~10 μg/ml.The regession equation was Y=2.084×10^-2X-3.162×10^-3.The correlation coefficient was r=0.999932.The limit of dection was 0.057 μg/ml,the relative standard deviation(RSD) was in the range of 1.71%~2.41%.The recovery was 93.8%~99.3%.Conclusion:The method is simple and sensitive to achieve satisfactory results.
