摘要
目的:建立食品中低聚果糖的液相色谱-蒸发光散射分析方法。方法:以Hypersil NH2分析柱分离,并与蒸发光散射检测器联用;采用乙腈+水=75+25作为流动相,流速为1 ml/min。结果:蔗果三糖GF2、蔗果四糖GF3、蔗果五糖GF4加标回收率分别为:94.1%~97.2%、92.8%~101.6%、92.5%~97.8%;检测限均为1μg。相对标准偏差〈5%。结论:本方法灵敏、准确,可用于食品中低聚果糖含量的质量控制与分析。
Objective:To establish a method for determination of froctooligosaccharides in food by HPLC-ELSD.Methods:The separation was carried on HPLC-ESLD series.NH2 column connected with ELSD detector with mobile phase consisted of CH3CN:H2O=75:25;flow was at 1.0 ml/min.Results:The recoveries of GF2,GF3 and GF4 were in the ranges of 94.1%~97.2%,92.8%~101.6% and 92.5%~97.8%.The detecting limit was 1 μg for all.The relative standard deviations were lower than 5%.Conclusion:The method is sensitive,specific and suitable for rapid determination and quality control of froctooligosaccharides in food.
