压力罐消解-ICP/MS法测定泡打粉及面制品中的铝 被引量:13

摘要 目的:建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定泡打粉、面制品中的铝。方法:样品经压力罐消解后,用钪作为内标补偿基体效应,用ICP-MS法测定样品中铝。结果:方法检出限为0.6μg/L,最低检出浓度为0.12 mg/kg,测定结果相对标准偏差为1.2%~2.2%,回收率在95%~99%之间,对标准物质GBWO7605测定,结果满意。结论:本法操作简单、分析速度快、检出限低、线性范围宽,适用于面制品中铝的测定。面制品中铝含量超标与制作过程中使用含铝添加剂泡打粉有关。 Objective:To establish a method for the determination of aluminum in food of flour and packing.Methods:The samples were analyzed by ICP/MS for determination of aluminum with Sc internal calibration.Results:The limits detection of aluminum was 0.6 μg/L.Recoveries of spiked samples were of the range 95%~99% and precision was fine RSD〈2.2%.The results showed close agreement with the reference values in the standard reference materials of GBW07605.Conclusion:This method had low detection limit,broad linear range and can be used for analyzing aluminum in food of flour and baking powder.The use of baking powder which contains aluminum in producing process of the food may lead to the problem that samples containing aluminum over set standard.
