头孢西丁纸片法检测耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌的研究

Reserch of cefoxitin disk diffusion test for detection of methic illin resistant Staphylococcus aureus

目的:研究头孢西丁纸片法筛选耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的方法。方法:以PCR方法检测m ecA基因为金标准,采用NCCLS推荐的头孢西丁纸片法和苯唑西林纸片法检测MRSA。结果:共分离出179株金黄色葡萄球菌,其中m ecA基因阳性127株,阴性52株。用头孢西丁纸片法筛查MRSA,敏感性为99.2%,特异性为98.1%;而苯唑西林纸片法检测MRSA敏感性为97.2%,特异性为94.6%。结论:头孢西丁纸片法筛查MRSA与m ecA基因检测具有一致性,其操作简便、敏感性和特异性高,可作为临床实验室检测MRSA的可靠方法。

Objective：To study the Cefoxitin disk diffusion method sieve Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus method.Methods：With the standard mecA Genes PCR method,adopt Cefoxitin disk diffusion test and Oxacillin disk diffusion test by NCCLS recommend.Results：The research was done to detect Staphylococcus aureus in 179 samples,among the total positive mecA Genes have 127,and negative 52.The sensitivity and the specificity by cefoxitin disk diffusion test were 99.2% and 98.1%,respectively.In oxacillin disk diffusion test,the sensitivity was 97.6% and the specificity was 94.6%.Conclusion：The method is simple and accurate.
