摘要
目的：通过对该医院相关科室的空气、器械、手、物体表面和使用中消毒液的采样检测,以了解其消毒效果和消毒过程中存在的问题。方法：按照《消毒技术规范》（2002年）要求操作。结果：该医院2005～2007年消毒合格率分别为81.89%,78.79%,79.2%。结论：医院消毒质量不高,主要是空气消毒合格率低,需加强对空气的消毒管理。
Objective：To learn about the disinfection state and find some questions in disinfection,the sampling and surveillance were carried out to air,medical treatment,hand,surface of object and applying disinfectant.Methods：Methods from 《Technical Standard For disinfection》 were used.Results：The qualification rate of disinfection state of the hospital from 2005 to 2007 was 81.89%,78.79% and 79.2%.Conclusion：The quality of disinfection in the hospital isn＇t high,especially the qualification rate of disinfection state of air,so we should improve the quality of disinfection of air.
