Trends analysis of syphilis infection of employees in Lin′an service trades

目的:了解临安市2002年至2007年服务行业从业人员梅毒感染现状。方法:对本市2002年至2007年从业人员梅毒检测,采用环状片测试法(RPR)进行初筛,阳性者采用梅毒螺旋体血球凝集试验(TPPA)进行确诊。结果:本市从业人员梅毒感染人数呈下降趋势,不同性别、不同年龄阳性者呈显著差异。结论:相关部门加强执法力度,加强传染病知识的宣传,定期开展相关健康体检,降低梅毒的传播。

Objective：To know the current syphilis infection rate of employees in Lin′an service trades from 2002 to 2007.Methods：The employees in Lin′an service trades from 2002 to 2007 were screened for syphilis with RPR（Rapid plasma reagin） firstly,then the positive samples were diagnosed definitely with TPPA（Treponema pallidum particle agglutination）.Results：The employees′ syphilis infection rate in our city was in a decreasing trend,and there are obvious differences in the positive samples of different genders and ages.Conclusion：The relevant branches should reinforce the intensity of law enforcement and propaganda of the infections knowledge,and carry out some relevant physical examinations to reduce the syphilis infection rate.
