摘要
目的:调查鼬獾中狂犬病毒的感染情况,为防制该病提供科学依据。方法:用DFA和RT-PCR方法分别检测鼬獾脑组织狂犬病毒特异性抗原及核酸,确定阳性标本。结果:在丽水地区捕获鼬獾23只,检测到狂犬病毒阳性标本1份,阳性率为4.35%。结论:疫区鼬獾中存在狂犬病毒。
Objective:To investigate the infection of rabies virus among the Chinese Ferret-Badger to provide the scientific evidence for the prevention and control of rabies.Methods:Rabies virus antigen was detected by direct fluorescent antibody method(DFA) and its nucleic acid was measured by nest polymerase chain reaction(PCR).Results:The 23 Chinese Ferret-Badger were captured from Lishui City.One specimen was positive.The positive rate was 4.35%.Conclusion:Rabies virus transmission occurs among the Chinese Ferret-Badger in the pestilential region.
