摘要
通过分析等速螺线的形成机理,建立了相应的数字积分DDA插补算法。插补过程表现为先对假定的虚拟圆弧进行插补,以此为依据再自动进入等速螺线插补。并采用BorlandC++语言编写了插补软件,模拟结果表明该算法既简捷又可靠,易于移植到现代CNC数控装置中。
After analysing uniform speed spiral forming mechanism,This paper builds a proper digital integration interpolating algorithm.The interpolating process shows, at first,the virtual arc is interpolated,then based on that,uniform speed spiral is interplated automatically.Also,the interpolating software is programmed in Borland C ++ language,the simulating results indicate that algorithm is both forthright and reliable,can be easily transplanted to modern CNC unit.
