摘要 组织的合法性有利于企业接近和动员商业模式创新所需的各种经济资源,是商业模式创新能够成功的前提基础。商业模式创新在本质上是对企业的价值链或价值星系进行重构的过程,新的商业模式势必与原有商业模式在价值创造和价值获取的机理上存在很大的差异,因此企业以往的知识和经验很难被借鉴到新的生产经营运作当中。它只能采取创造环境这种最为主动的战略来积极地获取合法性。 Organizational legitimacy facilitates the firm to access and mobilize the economic resources which are needed by the innovation of business models. And it is the premise of the success of business models innovation. The essence of business models innovation is the reconstruction of the firm's value chain or value system, and the new business model must be different from the old one in value creation and value capture. So, the past knowledge and practice can't be proper to the firm's new operations. The firm has to apply the strategy of creating suitable environments to acquire organizational legitimacy. The concrete tactics include storytelling, endowment, and alignment etc.
