护理学基础实践课程综合考核方法改革尝试

Reform of the Comprehensive Examination of the Nursing Basic Practical Course

目的培养护生的综合能力和良好职业素质,进一步加强精品课程护理学基础实践课程实践体系建设。方法改革传统的护理学基础实践操作考核单项随机抽签的方法,采用护理程序步骤、临床病例与综合操作考核相结合的改革方法。结果通过对2006级护理本科210名学生期末护理技能综合操作考核后总结表明:90%以上的学生赞成改革后的考核方式。结论设计新颖的综合考核,打破以往单一的操作考核,从多方面培养学生,激发学生学习兴趣,可以提高学生的综合能力、心理适应能力及团队合作精神。

Objective： It aims to cuhivate students＇ comprehensive ability and professional quality, and strengthen the practical system of the fine nursing basic practical course. Methods： Make reform of the random single item operation examination and adopt a combined way of nursing procedure, clinical cases and comprehensive operation examination. Result： The final examination analysis of 210 undergraduates of Grade 2006 reveals 90 % of the students are for the reform. Conclusion： The new comprehensive operation examination breaks free from the conventional single item examination, which fires students with enthusiasm for study and improves their overall ability, spirit of team work and psychological adaptation.
