辨证论治562例寻常痤疮临床观察

Syndrome differentiation and treatment of 562 cases of acne vulgaris

目的总结寻常痤疮的中医辨证论治经验,观察治疗效果。方法将562例寻常痤疮患者分5型辨证治疗。肺胃蕴热型予枇杷清肺饮加减治疗;胃肠湿热型予除湿胃苓汤加减治疗;痰湿瘀滞型予海藻玉壶汤加减治疗;冲任不调型予自拟调经方加减治疗;肝郁气滞型予丹栀逍遥散加减治疗。4周后计算积分改善率,判定治疗效果。结果肺胃蕴热型、胃肠湿热型、肝郁气滞型、痰湿瘀滞型、冲任不调型总有效率分别为100.0%、94.8%、94.4%、93.1%、92.0%。结论辨证治疗寻常痤疮具有较好疗效。

Objective To sum up the experiences of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment, and to observe the curative effect on acne vulgaris. Method All 562 patients with acne vulgaris were classified into 5 syndrome types. The type of accumulated heat in the lung and stomach was treated with modified Pipaqingfei Decoction; the type of damp-heat in the stomach and intestine, with modified Chushiweiling Decoction; the type of phlegm-damp stagnation, with modified Haizaoyuhu Decoction; the type of the disorders of Cong and Ren Meridians, with modified Tiaojing Formula; and the type of liver depression and qi stagnation, with modified Danzhixiaoyao Powder. After 4 weeks the improving rate of scores was calculated and the curative effect was determined. Result The total effective rate of the type of accumulated heat in the lung and stomach was 100.0 %, the type of damp-heat in the stomach and intestine, 94.8 %, the type of liver depression and qi stagnation, 94.4 %, the type of phlegm-damp stagnation, 93.1 %, and the type of the disorders of Cong and Ren Meridians, 92.0 %. Conclusion Syndrome differentiation and treatment of TCM has a quite good curative effect on acne vulgaris.
