摘要
本文介绍了新研制开发的LiBr湿度敏感元件的制作方法和过程。这类元件是用文中详细说明的丝网印刷工艺制造的。由于特殊的选材和工艺措施,制出的元件最显著的特点是具有出色的稳定性———年漂移量不到15%RH。除此之外,元件还具有阻抗低、响应速度快、一致性好、成本低以及在非结露条件下使用寿命长等特点。
A process and performances of newly developed LiBr humidity sensor was presented in this paper.The sensor was created by silk screen method,which is stated in detail.The most distinguished performance of the element is its outstanding stability due to particular measures of selecting material and process.its drift in relative humidity in a year is only 1.5%RH.Furthermore,the sensor still possesses a series of characteristics such as low impedance,rapid response,good consistence,low cost and long service life under undewing condition.
