摘要
设计制作了小型电流检测池和玻碳微电极,并对微电极的电流_电压特性进行了研究,讨论了电泳缓冲溶液对分离的影响;建立了4种对位取代苯酚的胶束电动毛细管色谱_玻碳微电极探针式电流检测分析方法,除对硝基苯酚的检测限(260mg/L)较高外,其余3种均<025mg/L,回收率在96%~106%之间。
The carbon_fiber microelectrode and small cell for amperometric detection in capillary electrophoresis were fabricated, and the cyclic voltammetric property of the carbon_fiber microelectrode was studied. The assay of para substituted phenols by micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography and insert amperometric detection at carbon_fiber microelectrode was developed. The detection limits were less than 0.25 mg/L except p _nitrophenol(2.60 mg/L). The recovery ranged from 96%~106%.
