摘要
将AAS仪上的冷原子吸收测汞装置的汞蒸气吸收池换成石英比色槽,用测汞时的仪器工作条件,测定水中于254nm波长处有特征吸收峰的微量油,所得结果与用紫外分光光度计测定的结果一致。
By replacing mercury vapor absorption cell in cold vapor_AAS instrument with quartz colorimetric cell and at the same instrument operating parameters, trace oil in water was determined at 254 nm characteristic absorption peak. The results are in good agreement with those determined by UV spectrophotometry.
