The thesis analyzes the impact of Property Law on China＇s bank industry from the perspective of banking industry. The banking industry will get many good opportunities from the promulgation of Property Law. Not only is it good for enhancing the security capabilities and financing capacity, but also it will further standardize financing mode in order to provide more favorable law protection for banking industry. Meanwhile, it will also promote financing for small and medium enterprises （SMEs）. The law will inspire the vitality of SMEs for independent innovation, speed up industrial upgrading and enhance their competitiveness. The broadening of financing channels and simplification of financing procedures provide a fair environment for SMEs to compete with other enterprises, which is also greatly beneficial for the development of socialist market economy.
