民办高校法人治理结构中存在的问题研究

Research on the Problems in the Corporate Governance Structure of Private Colleges

建立与完善法人治理结构,深化高校内部管理体制改革,是目前民办高等教育改革的重要内容之一。本文旨在对民办高校法人治理结构中存在的突出问题,结合《民办教育促进法》及其《实施条例》等法律(规)的规定进行理论上的分析,对完善民办高校法人治理结构提出一些看法,以期促进民办高校实现快速、健康的发展。

This paper aims to analyze theoretically the dominant problems in the corporate governance structure of private universities, based on the ＂Private Education Promotion Law＂ and its ＂Implementation of the Law＂. It advances some opinions on improving corporate governance structure of private universities, in order to promote a rapid and healthy development of private universities.
