齿轮无级变速传动及运动分析

摘要 齿轮无级变速传动的实现,改变了长期以来认为齿轮传动不能实现无级变速的现实.由于齿轮无级变速传动是啮合传动,传动效率高,传动可靠,过载时不打滑,传动比准确,调速方便、灵活,输出转速可以为零,因此,可兼有离合器的作用.另外,齿轮无级变速传动属于空间机构,结构紧凑,可以设计成多种结构形式,制造工艺性较好. Since long ago, the stepless variable speed gear′s drive is considered to be impossible. The success in design of the stepless variable speed gear′s drive has changed the idea. Since this is a kind of meshing drive, high drive efficiency and reliability can be provided. In case of being overloaded, it does not slide and the transmitting ratio is accurate. It is easy and flexible to change velocity. Also, the value of output revolution can be set to zero. So, it may serve as a clutch. The gear drive is a space mechanism, which is compact and versatile in form, so that the manufacture technology is delicate.
