摘要
以麦蓝菜的干燥成熟种子为材料建立麦蓝菜的离体再生体系。结果表明:种子发芽培养基为MS,麦蓝菜继代增殖最适培养基为:MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L,平均增殖系数达到3.0,平均苗高达3.2cm;生根最适培养基为:1/2MS+NAA0.10mg/L,生根数为4~6条,生根率达到100%。
The dry and matural seed of Vaccaria segetalis as meterials, the regeneration system of Vaccarla segetalis was constructed. The results showed that medium of bud induced is MS, the optimal medium of regeneration of Vaccafia segetalis is MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L + NAA 0.2mg/L, The average coefficient of regeneration reached to 3.0. the average height of seeding get to 3.2cm, the optimal medium of rooting is 1/2MS+NAA0.10mg/L, the count of rooting get to 4-6. the ratio of rooting reach to 100%.
