摘要
采用硅胶柱层析法分离纯化甘露低聚糖,由实验得到最佳分离条件为:进样量为10mL,柱高为600mm,流速为1mL/min,温度为60℃,在此条件下甘露低聚糖的纯度为71.34%。
The separation and purification of manno- oligosaccharides was studied by silica gel column chromatography. The optimal separation condition was as follows :the injection volume was 10mL,column of resin was 600mm, the velocity of flow was 1 mL/min, temperature was 60℃, through this measure, the purity of glucomannan-oligosaccharides was 7l.34%.
