摘要 研究了利用超声波技术提取芦荟中芦荟苷的优化工艺,用分光光度法测定所提取芦荟苷的含量。采用正交设计,考察了超声时间、料液比、甲醇浓度等因素对芦荟中芦荟苷提取率的影响,确定了最佳提取条件为:超声时间40min,甲醇浓度60%,料液比1∶60(g/mL)。与传统水提取法相比,最适提取时间大大缩短,得率由1.559%提高到1.792%。结果表明,超声波对芦荟苷的提取起到强化作用,是分离芦荟中芦荟苷的一种较好的工艺方法。 To study the optimal conditions of aloe extraction from alion by ultrasonic. The optimal process conditions for alion extraction were obtained by orthogonal experiments based on single factor. The content of aloe in alion was determined by spectrophotography. The optimal process conditions were ultrasonic extraction time was 40min,the ratio of sample weight to solvent volume was 1:60 (g/mL) and 60% methanol. Compared to traditional extraction method,the optimal time shorten greatly,the extraction Yield increase from 1.559% to 1.792%. The results showed that ultrasonic could strengthen the extraction of alion from aloe, it is a better method for extracting alion from aloe.
