摘要 通过对灵芝孢子破壁技术的研究,确定了适合灵芝孢子油提取的前处理方法。分别采用萌发、超微粉碎、酶解进行灵芝孢子的破壁,效果不理想;将三种方法综合进行灵芝孢子破壁,取得了较好的效果,破壁率达到85.38%。因此,采用综合破壁法作为灵芝孢子油提取的前处理手段较为合适。 The wall-broken technology of lucidum spores was studied in order to select the best method of extracting of lucidum spores oil. Separately germination, super micro-milling and enzyme method had no more obvious effect, but the comprehensive method of the above had remarkable effect and the rate of wall-broken was 85.38%. So the experimental results showed that the comprehensive wall-broken method was suitable for preprocessing of extracting of lucidum spores oil.
