摘要
桶装水的藻类污染是普遍存在的问题。为探寻藻类污染的机理,对江苏省10家具有代表性的桶装水生产厂家的主要生产环节进行了藻类污染调查,调查发现:回收桶清洗不彻底是藻类污染发生的主要来源,清洗后的灌装桶藻类污染检出率高达20%以上;对污染藻类种类进行分析,鉴定出污染藻类18种,绿球藻目为主要污染种类;对一株生长迅速的污染小球藻研究发现,在低氮、低磷环境下,其硝酸还原酶(NR)、碱性磷酸酶(APA)活性均高于其他种类,表明污染藻类能够适应低营养环境。
Algal contamination is a common problem in bottled water. In order to determine the pathway and the mechanism of the algal contaminating,an investigation to 10 typical manufactories of bottled water was carried on. The results showed that the recycled bottles were not cleaned enough. More than 20% washed bottles had algae. There were 18 strains contaminated algae isolated from bottled water, most of them were belong to Chlorococcales. Characteristics of one fast-growing strain Chlorella sp. LH were investigated. Strain LH had higher nitrate reductase(NR) and alkaline phosphatase(APA) activities in the low N and P medium, respectively. The result implied the contaminated alga was more adaptive to bottled clean-water.
