摘要
分析了目前我国已产生和潜在的食品安全风险及其诱因,提出了通过深化食品安全管理运作机制改革,建立包括食品安全风险教育体系、预防体系、评估体系在内的风险防范与化解机制,避免食品安全风险演变为社会公共危机。
The existing and potential risk of food safety and the cause of it at present in China was analyzed. It also proposed to establish risk-prevention-and-resolving mechanisms including food safety risk education system, prevention system and assessment system to avoid food safety risk turning to public social crisis.
