摘要
深圳市南山水厂一期工程规模20万m3/d,为保证供水水质达到直接饮用目标,采用预处理—强化常规处理—臭氧活性炭深度处理工艺,并对排泥水进行回用和污泥处置。阐述了水厂工艺主要构筑物设计参数和自控条件,并对其中药剂品种与投加点、滤池恒水位过滤与初滤水排放、活性炭滤池增设砂垫层、污泥浓缩池排泥控制等一些关键技术进行说明。
The capacity of the first phase of Shenzhen Nanshan Water Supply plant project is 200 000 m^3/d. In this project, a combined technique consisting of pretreatment, enhanced conventional processing and advanced treatment is performed so as to meet the drinking water standard. This combined process includes the reuse of the sludge effluent and the treatment of the sludge. This article discusses the design parameters of the major structures and the corresponding automatic control points. It also demonstrates the key technologies concerning the addition species and the locations, filtering with constant water level and discharge of initial effluent, adding sand cushion in carbon filter and the control of sludge discharge in sludge thickening tank.
