介绍了用于钢坯剪断机载荷检测,关键部件温度检测和润滑状况检测的传感器及其检测电路和与单片机系统的接口。
A monitoring system is designed and fabricated by using the technology of Singlechip microprocessor. Sensors used in measuring load, temperature and lubrication are designed and fabricated, based on discussion of the principals of the Billet Shearing Machine. The interface between the sensors and microprocessor INTEL8031 is introduced. The system can measure important parameters automatically. When necessary, it can give warning signals by means of voice and lights automatically. It protects the machine and ensures its work in safety statues.
