摘要
为了实现稳定的SBR法短程深度脱氮,采用pH作为控制参数,建立了过程控制策略,并应用三层网络集散式控制的思想构建了SBR法短程深度脱氮控制系统。基于控制策略开发的上位机工控软件可直接对系统的所有设备进行操作和控制,并实时监控生产作业过程,进行在线、离线编程及设定参数的修改。将该控制软件及控制系统应用于一个处理规模为60-80m^3/d的城市污水中试基地,在温度为11.8-25℃的范围内,实现了稳定的短程深度脱氮。系统在保证总氮小于3mg/L、总氮去除率98%以上的前提下,亚硝化率保持在95%以上。
To realize the stable shortcut advanced denitrification by SBR technique, this study used pH as the control parameter, created the thought of process control, and established the control system of SBR shortcut denitrification by method of three-layer distributing-network. By using the software of this system, people can operate and manage all the equipments directly, monitor the real-time process of wastewater treatment, program online or offline and modify parameters. This control software and control system had been applied in a test site of urban wastewater treatment with capacity of 60-80 m^3/d. With the temperature ranging from 11.8 ℃ to 25 ℃, the stable shortcut advanced denitrification has been realized. The denitrification rate kept above 95% with the overall nitrogen below 3 mg/L and the total nitrogen removal rate nitrification over 98%.
