开放式数控系统体系结构的研究

Study on System Architecture for Open Numerical Control System

从技术发展和适应市场需求角度出发,分析了现有数控系统存在的问题以及由此带来的弊端;结合当今控制技术、软件和硬件技术高度发展所赋予的巨大潜力,指出研究和设计开发开放式控制系统的重要性和可行性。文中给出了开放式数控系统的定义和进行设计的系统结构,以及进行设计开发的关键技术和它们的应用。

To improve the competitiveness of the manufacturers of machine tools and control systems in the future market,the concept of openness is magnificent in the design and development of Numerical Controls. On the basis of analysis on current arts of numerical control systems, a new strategy - Open Numerical Control System is presented in this paper, where its definition,system architecture,and applied technologies are also discussed in detail.
